Comfortable home with open floor-plan; conveniently located on the first beach-side street just inside the Sea Pines Plantation Ocean Gate; only 1 mile from the Plantation Club and both the Sea Marsh and Blue Heron Golf Courses; and only about 600 feet from the beach. World-famous Harbortown Links, numerous restaurants & shops are less than 3 miles away. For nature lovers and hikers, the beautiful Forest Preserve is only a short 10 minute walk away.
This spacious, non-smoking home sleeps to 13 people, and features a huge two-story great room with wet bar and fireplace, dining area, and screened-in porch overlooking deck, private pool and adjoining wooded area. Beautifully decorated with luxurious appointments throughout.
The home features four bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. The huge master bedroom appointments include a king-size bed, fireplace, Shower, Futon, TV/VCR and California closets. The second bedroom (2nd floor) includes a queen-size bed, TV and full bath. The bedroom on the first floor features two twin beds and TV, with a full bath just outside the door.
Sleeping loft (in second floor hallway seating area) has a fireplace, TV and two over-sized arm chairs, each that open into twin beds. Fourth bedroom (on third level) has three twin beds with TV; a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'.
Completely new kitchen features new cabinets, GE PROFILE refrigerator, GE PROFILE double oven, cook-top, microwave oven, granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. Linens, dishes, small appliances and all utensils are included.
The house is 'DOG FRIENDLY' but prospective renters MUST request Owner approval in advance. All pets MUST be fully house-broken and healthy. When the renter intends to bring their dog along, a Pet Security Deposit is required; payable by separate check. IF no pet-related damage is found to exist upon inspection following check-out, the Pet Security Deposit check is typically destroyed without having been deposited, If the Renter wants the check returned, that request will be honored. If pet-related is discovered the Pet Security Deposit will be used for necessary repairs, with any unused portion returned to the Renter. If pet-related damage exceeds the Pet Security Deposit, the Renter must agree to cover any such excess repair costs.
Relax, you're on vacation; but if needed, complete laundry facilities are available.

The rental fee includes all utilities including cable tv, telephone and Wi-fi. Payment for your rental shall be made by personal check mailed to Owner just north of Atlanta, GA.
Daily cleaning service is not included. The house will be completely cleaned and linens/ towels exchanged before your arrival and again following your departure.
By the way, there are complete laundry facilities at the house, as well as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, all available for your use.
Regarding gate passes - The rental rate quoted above DOES NOT INCLUDE SEA PINES AUTOMOBILE GATE PASSES required by Sea Pines to drive into the plantation. Renter will need to let Owner know and pay an additional fee for each additional weekly car pass needed.
The house is pet-friendly. However, the Renter agrees it will not bring any dog to the house until it has first been agreed in writing by the Owner and provision for it is included in the RENTAL AGREEMENT.
If you want to bring your dog along the following applies:
Your dog must be fully house-broken,
You must assume full responsibility to adhere to all local ordinances regarding your pet. They require that;
Pets must never be allowed to roam free anywhere within Sea Pines Plantation.
Dogs must not be allowed on the beach from 9 AM until 5 PM during the Beach Season from June – mid-August. At other times dogs must be on a leash while at the beach.
You understand that you will be legally responsible for your pets regarding liabilities and further that the Owner assumes no responsibility in that regard.
You must assume full responsibility for cleaning up after your pets, also for any and all costs or damages to correct any and all damage caused by your pet during your stay to property or other persons.
You must provide a separate PET SECURITY check for your dog. We request that by a separate personal check.
We do not deposit those checks upon receipt. If no pet-related damage is found to exist upon check-out we usually destroy those deposit checks. If pet-related damage is found to exist, the security deposit check will be used for repairs, with the balance refunded to the Renter. If repair costs exceed the value of your security deposit, you must agree in the RENTAL AGREEMENT to reimburse us within seven (7) days for any and all excess costs.
WE REQUIRE A COMPLETED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR EACH AND EVERY RENTAL. TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION FOR THE HOUSE, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR COMPLETE HOME ADDRESS FOR INCLUSION IN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WE WILL SEND YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW AND SIGNATURE.
ONCE OWNER SENDS YOU YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT WE WILL NEED TO RECEIVE BACK TWO (2) SIGNED COPIES WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS. Upon receipt of the signed RENTAL AGREEMENTS Owner will send one (1) fully executed copy to the renter for renter’s own records.
Renters MUST BE at least 25 years of age.
This is a NO SMOKING property. No parties or loud events will be acceptable. Please respect the property.
The cleaning fee for the house is included in the rental fee. Rental fee for the house itself plus applicable taxes is payable in two (2) installments; 50% upon completion of the Rental Agreement' balance (50%) plus the cost of requested Sea PInes automobile gate passes is due no later than 30 days prior to renter's scheduled arrival date.

Every rental requires a Rental Agreement completed between the Renter and the Owner. Renters will be required to provide their complete home address for inclusion in the Rental Agreement as well as a cell phone number where they can be reached.
The rental fee for the house itself DOES NOT INCLUDE Sea Pines automobile gate passes. The renter must notify the Owner of any needed car passes and pay the fee charged by Sea Pines prior to check-in.
Check-in any time after 4 PM on your scheduled arrival date; checkout by 10 AM is requested on your departure date. EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE; PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
