House cleaning: 190.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.

House damage deposit: 500.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 100.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
