Rate Notes

TA and GE Tax License #088-480-3584-01. Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, General Excise Tax of 4.166%, Maui County Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%, a booking fee of 6%, and a $105 facility fee (changing to $150 on 3/1/2022) apply to all reservations.

$175 cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Reservations for over 10 days include the expectation that guests will clean the entire condo during their stay. Supplies are a courtesy, feel free to purchase your own supplies as needed. Stays of 2 weeks or longer will incur a $200 cleaning charge in addition to the $175. During a stay extra cleanings can be purchased from the host at $175. The guests will have to vacate the condo for five hours per extra scheduled cleaning. 

 

-Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm, noon.

Policies

-All guests will complete a Guest Agreement due upon booking. Host will send guests the link.

-Pools open at 8 am. The Ocean Front Pavilion Pool closes at 10 pm and the Pool and Spa, located close to this condo, closes at 9 pm. Registered Guests are welcome to use both areas, however, private functions must be cleared through the Homeowner's Office, located in the Pavilion area. Pool Rules must be adhered to. They are posted at the pools and in your condo. Proper swim attire is mandatory at both pools. Tables, lounges, and chairs, for poolside use, are provided while in swim attire. Do not remove the furniture from the pool area. Please do not use the upholstered Pavilion furniture while in swim attire.

-The Fitness Facility hours are 6 am to 10 pm, closing for a half hour of cleaning M-F at 1 pm. Rules are posted. The Fitness Facility is located at the Pavilion

-Paddle Ball Courts are open from 8 am to 6 pm

-Common Areas include lawns, roads, paths, parking areas, gated and open landscape spaces. Residents and Registered Guests are welcome to enjoy them. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, skate boards, and roller blades as well as ball games are not permitted in common areas.

-Pets are not allowed, except for homeowners' pets.
-We cannot control construction occurring in other condos, but strict rules govern their activities. 
-Every Wednesday is mowing day which commences at 8 am. 
-Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.

-Propane BBQs are located on your lanai, by the Pavilion, and between buildings 20 and 22. Lanai and Common Area BBQs can be used from 11 am to 9 pm. The lanai BBQs must be cleaned after every use to prevent pests, whereas the common area BBQs are maintained by Wailea Elua maintenance personnel. 

-Clean the lanai BBQ after use. Do not dispose of grill mats. Once the BBQ is cooled off replace the cover and return it to its original location. Upon departure remove the foil and clean the interior of the BBQ , do not replace the foil lining the inside, this will occur during check-out cleaning. There are BBQ cleaning supplies in the bathroom utility closet. If the BBQ needs to be professionally cleaned you may be charged.

-Wailea Elua is one of the safest facilities in Wailea. With a combination of electronic and manned patrols the property is aggressively monitored. We maintain around the clock uniformed patrol. Occasionally, you may be asked for identification. This is just one measure of our concern for your safety.  

-Elua Patrol is available 24 hours at the entrance guard house and gate. Their phone number is. They can assist with anything from office matters and visitors you are expecting to reporting suspicious people. The full time guards, maintenance, and landscape staff are terrific people and very easy to converse with. 

-Please keep track of, and kindly care for, the condo property. You may be charged if items are missing, no longer usable or need to be professionally cleaned/repaired.

-You are entirely responsible for minors and your visitors in the condo. 

-Please follow manuals and posted instructions. Take care to use items only for their intended use.
