Jim and Pete\'s urban retreats, on the urban side of Travis Heights in the heart of SoCo, our \"getaway\" duplex is just steps away from all that South Congress has to offer. Furnished in a funky, eclectic, south Austin style, the home has a nice private lot, fenced back yard, and off street parking. If you need additional sleeping quarters please contact us . Restaurants, bars, clubs and some of the best music venues in Austin are just steps away, along with all the eclectic shopping South Congress is known for. Year round 72 degree spring fed pool a two minute walk from the front door, along with beautiful Stacey Park for taking a refreshing morning or evening stroll. Go hunt fossils in the magical 40-acre nature preserve just five blocks away. HEB supermarket is two blocks from the home with easy access to downtown shuttle bus. Downtown Austin is a little over a mile away. Our goal is to provide you with a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place to stay. All the usual vacation rental amenities such as high thread count linens (superior hotel quality), fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with flat screen HDTV.
