WELCOME! Please enjoy our unique eclectic Key West with an open mind and heart in a wonderful relaxing unit plus our island's nature and culture, character so unique!
We are healthily aware of our fellow man and nature care about well-being - stay safe conscientious steps. Please respect distancing of 6 feet or more separation, take 20 seconds to wash your hands soapy water or hand sanitizer.
The breezes here are unsurpassed to anywhere else on the Island. We are on Atlantic Coastline; your patio faces the water, feeling the breeze and the beach scent enters!
You happily see pelicans and even Osprey if lucky- it’s a very good omen when you do! Turns, Frigate and many seabirds + mourning doves closer in. Fortunately nature abounds in sight everywhere- right from this property, your Lanai+ unit.

Studio Apartment offers an open floor plan comfortable couch & settee in the mid room. Long stone island style counter-top swivel bar stools [3] facing a fully equipped kitchen to dine in for all meals when desired. Dining table inside and out on patio SEES THE OCEAN very cool – seats 3- 4. The mounted flat screen TV, swivel/swings towards seating area, dining table or towards the bed. There is arm-moire plus 6 drawer spaces and some cubby type storage spots for belongings. 3 luggage standing racks perfect for baggage please. Custom designed apartment by host and hubby. Artistic Stone placement throughout unit Air Conditioner [1] so many stating aloud complimenting the top quality of performance. Ventilation - [3] Overhead ceiling floor fan [1] tall tower fan does oscillate [1] functional for table/floor, desk fan.
A simple straight forward styled bathroom offers an amazing pleasant cold water bidet! The single sink vanity and single sized shower stall, with newly added, small hanging shower organizer . Blow dryer-body wash-beach towels-bath towels-sample sized shampoo + conditioner for you. Because of previous melts and burn damage we no longer offer iron – Nor curling iron.

Step out to the Key West Beach Front Studio’s patio and enjoy the waves and clouds + nature at its finest, see Pelicans, Frigates and Osprey right from your amazing space. …..
There is on the deck a vintage seahorse designed table from Bernstein’s Villa Estate that can seat 4 which makes a great area to put your feet up, have drinks, read a book, eat together, play cards or just relax for happy hours. Large Gucci umbrella is perfect, air conditioner great yet off when not in unit. No Grill at this time.
OR if you choose- you can take advantage –enter by gate the Reach 5 star Resort's beach and pool! This is an added plus! [Room/tax/cleaning team/does not infer access] Beachcard and a low thank you are required, Resort management makes all decisions regarding access as it is their property. 20 yrs access/ once a heavy storm. Resort property is not public- room and tax nor any fees, infer access.….
Please enjoy beach and pool if desired -as it is optional, they have great staff, 5 star resort, you may or may not see- persons walking down the Sandy Lane to go to The Resort restaurant! This apartment is private yet not secluded- Strong tides or winds may naturally bring grasses to beaches of Atlantic Coastline factually even seen 3 hrs north of Daytona too!
I believe not seasonal to be aware of in advance, swimmers still swim, persons enjoy the ocean, the winds and the currents; I promise it’s not a person plan or thing on schedule! You may see beachgoers- umbrellas-swimmers - and yes they clean their beach and high-tide grasses if so all of about 15 min....
It’s normal... beach to be cleaned... -respect....

We energetically work to keep a clean ocean environment –nostraws at restaurants say no straws thank you because of turtles choke on :(. Blessed to see the live ocean every day! Commands respect to the natural Sea life, Sea birds and mammal life including endangered species-

Please attention- have not seen it but a non paying traveler who chose not to get travel insurance [even though offered to reimburse her the amount up to 164.] Asked Owner to change policy - or else "I will leave a scathing review"
So besides no-payment plus no -show, never came we all just get her point of view against a listing/owner policy, after Travelers Insurance amount we offered would have saved money+face and all to be covered. Like some saying goes "There's always one in a crowd [yes one] >>>indeed>>>>>>" Alternatively I want to give special thanks to so many wonderful guests we have had in repose and have been so honored to check in and leave on to make their KW fun, adventures and really relaxing times not to leave out a perfect romantic getaway, their most memorable ocean view retreat... Here to make anything possible [if it has to do with your apartment or stay, and water trips -great!] Always was fun to add to your birthday, anniversaries, New Years and honeymoons here if with airport pickup, balloons, cake, blowers, wine, and fun toys- including the Iguana scaring tool! LOL
