The Legacy Park- Davenport, Florida is just a short drive from Walt Disney World amusement parks. This 4 bedroom and 1 sofa bed Double , 3 bath home will accommodate up to 11 guests in total comfort. The kitchen offers nice appliances, spacious countertops and includes an island overlooking the whole living and dining room open concept. The pool is ready for your total relaxation. The home has an open living room with flat- screen TV. The home also has a formal living room and a formal dining area for up to eight people. There is a master bedroom and bathroom, two Double Bed Bedroom and one bunk bed. One office room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed can be easily to convert into a double bed.

Additional rules:-
-Absolutely no smoking and vaping inside the house, garage and pool area. Violation of these rules will results in additional $500.00 cleaning fee, if our cleaners detect smoking odor inside the home.
Absolutely No parties or events allowed in the property and any failure to adhere to this will result in a $250 fee. No loud outside noise after 10PM in the house. Please respect the privacy of your neighbor.
First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own.
Grills- We provide a gas grill in the Villa. BBQ grill can be rented at a $15/per night.
We ask guests who use the grills to clean and empty prior to departure, so they are ready for next guest.
Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $40 fee per night. It is recommended between November to May. We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. An extra call out fee of $25 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.
Facts about pool warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 Fahrenheit. Pools keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon or afternoon to evening. Its run only 10 to 12 hours a day when water circulates.Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. The property management is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.
Parking Restrictions:-
No RV’s , campers, trailers, boats, commercial vehicles.
Absolutely no parking on the street or grass.
Only two vehicles are allowed to park on the driveway.
Other things to note:-
- Children must be supervised in the pool area. It is guest’s responsibility to supervise the little ones.
All charges on the rentals as well as local currency, is in US Dollars.
