Located a short walk from downtown Ketchum, right at the Sun Valley / Ketchum border, you will be just minutes from all there is to see and do in this popular area. Though downtown Ketchum has a variety of charming eateries, preparing meals in your kitchen is a great way to be budget-friendly on your vacation. Bring your skis, snowboards, and sleds! Sun Valley is beloved by many as a fantastic winter destination for all kinds of activities in the snow. Right on the bus line to the ski area, you'll be treated to pickups every 15 minutes during peak ski season. This part of Idaho is also a fantastic place to walk, bike, and explore in the summertime. Close to bike paths, you'll love riding through the beautiful natural landscapes all around you, the wind in your hair as you cycle wherever you please. You'll also be treated to an outdoor pool, open only in the summer months, where you can sunbathe and read a book as the kids splash each other in the water.

Parking Notes: Each unit is allowed to have one vehicle parked in the main parking areas. A valid parking permit must be displayed on the rearview mirror. This pass will be left in the unit for the guest. Any overflow can be parked in the visitor's parking area. All visitors should park in the visitor parking area. Parking is prohibited in front of units #17 - 24, as this is a designated fire lane and needs to be clear for emergency vehicles. Except for purposes of loading or unloading, large vehicles (campers, trailers, motorhomes, etc.) are not permitted to park (unattended) in any place in the Common Area except in the visitor parking area. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
