Welcome to our stunning 7 Bed 4 Bath villa, located on the secure and safe gated Emerald island Resort, just a few minutes from Disney..
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, is modern and very spacious. Ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. Fully airconditioned throughout and free WiFi.
The villa benefits from 2 sitting rooms, so is great when more than one family is sharing, or maybe one sitting rooms is used for the kids own use.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family.
There are 2 separate dining areas, so again, perfect if the kids wish to have their own dining area whilst the adults enjoy a glass of wine.
There are 7 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom.
On the upper floor there is another Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, making it a great location for more than one family sharing.
There are also 4 large bedrooms with Queen size beds on the upper floor. The 7th bedroom is a twin. Two more bathrooms complete the layout along with a large open walk around hallway.
There is a separate games room with pool table, table football and separate TV, so start planning those family competitions now.
Outside you have your own pool with large pool deck, and lots of seating for relaxing. Additionally, there is a large hot tub on your pool deck.
Our villa is on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort located on Disney's doorstep.
Surrounded by a Conservation Area totalling over 300 Acres with 11 wooded areas in the middle of the community offering lovely walks for all the family.
Guests can enjoy all of the facilities provided within the community which include the Club House, a Tiki Bar and two community pools and spars, Fitness Center and Sauna. Games Arcade providing hours of fun for the whole family.
There's also an Internet Cafe with free WiFi around the pool areas too.
Tennis Courts, Basket ball facilities and a beach Volley Ball Court.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
