This is a fantastic home with a guest house on Belle Taine Lake which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Minnesota. This home features four (4) bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms, plus a separate guest house, as well as a dock, a water trampoline, a playset, six (6) mountain bikes, and more! House rules:
No parties

Maximum of 10 adults and up to 6 additional children.

This property as with most lake homes is surrounded by residents that live on the lake full time or seasonally. Please be respectful of neighbors, including the lake area in front if the surrounding homes.

! If you park a boat park it on the right side of the dock when facing the water!

Guests may bring a maximum of 3 cars, if you will have more than 3 cars parked that the home you must get permission, if you do not it will be considered a party and you will be subject to fines.

If you throw a party, the fine starts at $1000.

If you have more guests than what is stated on the reservation at the home without express written permission it will be considered a party.

Quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Please, no outdoor music that can be heard by the neighbors between those times.

Please keep music to reasonable levels other times if the day.

! House Rule JetSki and MN Law:

No Jet Skiing until 9:30 am, off the lake one hour before sunset, must travel at slow, no-wake speed within 150 ft of shore except when launching or landing a water skier by the most direct route to open water.

Boats must be parked on the North side of the dock—- side of the longer beach area.

The minimum age for responsible booking party is 30"
